23rd February 2010 Dear Sir, I recently had a Quantum Heat Pump installed at my home in The Gap. My boss had one installed by you at his home at Caboolture and we have noticed his electricity bills have lowered dramatically and he is quite happy with the unit. When my old Electric Hot Water System died i rang and arranged an appointment with your firm. The purpose of this letter is just to let you know how happy i was with the service i recieved. Your salesman bent over backwards to help me. I nearly fell over when he said they would be able to install my heat pump later that day and it was installed later that day. You should be very proud of your staff and the service they deliver as everyone was so helpful to me. Even the electricia used were wonderful.
